My journey began with a curiosity for economic development, leading me to work as a Research Analyst with Oxford Policy Management on a DFID-funded Sub-National Governance Program. Through in-depth impact analysis of health and education pilots, I discovered a profound passion for education's transformative power. Fueled by this passion, I pursued a MPhil in Education Leadership & Management. Equipped with this knowledge, I transitioned into the role of Advising Specialist, contributing to positive change through strategic guidance. I am passionate about driving educational advancements and fostering impactful initiatives.
