Her work spans ESG, climate transition, and Future Ready® strategy/approach, supporting proposals, thought leadership, and client deliverables that address today’s most pressing challenges. With a foundation in civil engineering and background in project management, Zaina brings both technical rigour and strategic perspective to complex challenges. She is known for her ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across disciplines/sectors, engage subject-matter experts and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments. A strong advocate for interdisciplinary learning, Zaina is particularly interested in how diverse fields, such as engineering, policy, economics, and technology, can converge to drive more integrated and innovative solutions. She is especially drawn to the role of economics in shaping sustainable decision-making, influencing market transitions, and accelerating climate action. Her long-term goal is to build a career in ESG, Sustainability, Resilience and Climate Change, contributing to sustainability strategy, climate transition planning, decarbonization programs, and nature-positive solutions.
