As Concierge you are there assist and help any Residents that have any questions. I do feel that my Retail experience prepared me for this role. While you don’t necessarily work with a team and it just you as an Individual. I’d say it creates a challenge where you can figure things out and how to resolve problems independently. But if you ever feel stuck, there is always help you can reach. But overall it’s about being there for anyone and trying your best to satisfy there needs.
I was a Fullfillment Associate, I would prepare orders from Customers and gather the items. Along the way I would help customers that had concerns or just needed a help in hand. As an Associate there is also teamwork and collaboration especially when things get busy, everyone is helping out and achieving tasks to reach our goals of the day.
