I have pursued my Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and later went on to do Masters in Business Administration (Majors in Project Management & Management Information Systems). I am a result-oriented project management professional and completed my PMP certification as well. I have an ability to adapt and respond according to changes while being creative and optimistic. Experience: I have been working at Fauji Kabirwala Power Company as Mechanical engineer and successfully completed two major projects worth 26 million US$ along with minor and major inspections on balance of plant jobs. Worked as Project Impact Team manager at CCBPL which part of Coca Cola Icecek,Turkey; The sixth largest Coke bottler in the World. It has a presence in ten countries. CCBPL has 6 plants and 13 warehouses throughout the country and serves a population of more than 170 million with a production capacity of 111 million physical cases. CCBPL is a significant player in the growth of Pakistan’s economy since it is one of the country’s top foreign direct investments in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) business and is one of the major tax paying beverages companies of Pakistan.

• To assist National Manager Engineering & Services in day to day technical matters particularly Projects, Maintenance and Process Technical Matters. • Key role in plant expansions, improvement and new projects across CCBPL operations like coordination & execution in new lines additions in existing plants, improvement and providing engineering support in concept building for new green field projects job design, vendor selection / evaluation & assistance in project implementation. • Time to time coordination with vendors for technical improvement work, designing, reviewing in submitted designs, either for the improvement of existing, expansion or new projects across CCBPL • To assist plants in concerned technical matters and helping them to achieve their production targets either by effective troubleshooting, efficient planned and predictive maintenance, identifying and rectifying the areas needing improvements and taking care of technical working in cooperation with day to day system up-gradation and capacity enhancement projects as and when applicable. • Coordinate with suppliers / vendors for smooth lining technical concerns or spares related matters or any other similar time to time as per the need. • Helping on hands training of concerned plants staff on specialized field either by arranging in house or 3rd party lectures / trainings and other similar sessions. Helping them out in establishing technical documentation & control systems, initiating different technical reports and SOPs / WIs for grass root level (engineers / technicians / operators) as and when needed • Coordination & communication with OEMs concerned technical people for certain commissioning, modification and other similar areas concerning to factories along with concerned technical crew on site • Monitor and Report Line Performance on periodic basis • Implement process improvement initiatives on plants.
• Lead overhauling activities of mechanical section. • Personnel & technical management for smooth & trouble free operation of plant. • To minimize depreciation of plant & equipments. • Plans and inspects completed work on plant equipment. • Assesses plant needs for spare parts & supplies and generates material requisitions. • Co-ordinates with Stores and Procurement for stock inventory. • Acquires considerable knowledge of the process and the relevant mechanical information throughout the plant and apply the same to troubleshoot problems and leads the maintenance team in resolving the issue. • Responsible for the supervision, planning, budgeting, monthly reports, co-ordination and record keeping of all mechanical maintenance related activities on the plant site. • To Assist Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager & Senior Engr. in planning, Information gathering, scheduling outage works and contractual works.
