• Assist customers who are using NCP car parks across the country. • Ensuring customers are able to exit the car park as swiftly as possible. • Dealing with parking charge notices that have been issued to customers.
• Provide support on the Honours System for the Department for Education. • Develop any enhancements requested by the Honours team using coding in Powerapps. • Monitor, update and close any tickets raised by users regarding the Honours System. • Undertake manual testing on numerous systems to spot any bugs.
• Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and excellent customer service • Working effectively as a team to meet targets • Stock rotation and demonstrating high standards/awareness of health and safety • Cashier duties including exchanging and handling cash • Undertaking operational activities across the whole store
