About

I am a trilingual Quebec-qualified lawyer, mediator and arbitrator, with a PhD in capital markets and an LLM in oil & gas. During my 24 years of post-qualification experience (21 of which in Saudi Arabia), I built a rich and diversified transaction portfolio and was involved in numerous mega-deals. I acquired experience as a private practice practitioner, as an in-house counsel, and as an academic. These different roles have helped me grow my capabilities, and continue the pursuit of my passion, as a jurist.
