I am an FGLI student at Bowdoin College with aspirations to practice medicine, particularly psychiatry or neurology, in rural and refugee communities across the Northeast. I am interested in pursuing molecular psychiatry research, specifically developing novel treatments and early detection methods for schizophrenia!
I am quite a fan of Frantz Fanon, Kafka, and Frege and enjoy learning about the psychopathology of colonization, medical ethics, and neurophilosophy. I am also an enthusiast of the deprescribing framework in psychiatry!
