Most of them were focused on the implementation of the ideas of digitization of processes and products, as well as their simplification and creation of "self-care" solutions, i.e. the goal was (and still is) to provide the customer with efficient services to meet their needs or wishes, using modern digital tools and channels, without the need to physically visit a branch or contact the Call Center. * O2 Slovakia implemented an Agile transformation in June 2023. As of this date, I am part of the FINTECH squad.

Project: PILOT / Basel II Data and Processes Activities: - Participation on defining and realization of credit risk reporting process (EoN, Technical specifications, CR, SLA) based on IRBA method - Credit risk data collection and analysis necessary for BASEL II parameters calculation - Design, data modelling, modification of data models in dedicated mart in DWH (Teradata SW) - Data mapping, Transformation rules implementation, SQL scripts creation and modification - Data Quality Control – data reconciliation within the whole KB group + design and realization of automated data control mechanism - Creation of test strategies, test scenarios + creation of tool for automated testing - Defining and designing project processes (Power Designer, Enterprise Architect) Responsibilities/roles: - Team leading and management – tasks planning, employees evaluation, responsibility for team results - Direct responsibility for output data quality - Responsible for communication and report gathering from SG Group (SG Paris, KBB, PFKB, MPSS etc.) - Responsible for reporting credit risk parameters within the bank (e.g. to the Accounting department due to IFRS) Used techniques and softwares: • JIRA (project management) • Teradata, Oracle DB, MS SQL server • TOAD, SQL developer
