At ESRF, we leveraged the beamline for ex-situ nano-tomography analysis to gain detailed insights into the structural properties of battery cathode materials. This technique enabled high-resolution 3D imaging, allowing us to explore the material's microstructure, porosity, and internal structures. The analysis provided valuable information on how these structural features influence the performance and durability of the cathode materials, contributing to a deeper understanding of their behavior in energy storage applications.
