Worked on international commercial and investor-state arbitration matters, assisting partners with legal research, case strategy, and drafting across a range of jurisdictions. Contributed to due diligence, procedural issues, and dispute analysis in complex cross-border cases.
Supported the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, contributing to task force work on corruption in arbitration and emerging discussions around AI in dispute resolution. Conducted detailed analysis of arbitral awards to compile research, statistics, and comparative insights on how tribunals approach fraud and corruption allegations. Assisted with the organisation of the Commission’s biannual meeting in Mexico and provided broader support on policy and research initiatives across the Commission’s workstreams.
