Hi, I’m Zeekay. I’ve spent over 8 years in market research, consumer insights, financial analysis, and real estate advisory. Most of that time has been about helping organisations turn complex data into clear strategies and decisions that actually hold up. The work has always been about connecting what the numbers say with what the business needs to do next. My path took me through Australia, Singapore, and South Asia, working with multinational clients across real estate, retail, telecom, banking, and development. Those years taught me how to read markets in different contexts and still find the signal that matters. Today I’m based in Saudi Arabia, focused on market intelligence for real estate. I gather and structure intelligence across residential and commercial assets, with work expanding into hospitality, healthcare, logistics, and other segments. Alongside the research, I build the systems that make this intelligence usable. Automated market assessment tools, historic transaction databases, live sector insight feeds, geospatial analysis engines, real time listing trackers, and automation agents for data storytelling. The goal is practical. Feasibility and highest and best use work that once took weeks should be possible in days, and often in hours. I also continue independent market research as a Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP) and run KSA in Visuals, my small data storytelling project. That remains my little slice of peace therapy: turning Vision 2030 progress, mega projects, and sector growth into clean, honest visuals. What drives me is making information seamless, accurate, and fast enough for real decisions. Whether it’s a new market opportunity, an investment case, or a development strategy aligned with the country’s direction, I try to bring both a global perspective and a local feel for how things work here.
