      Job Description a) Project Coordination & Planning • Plan, and coordinate daily vessel operations in accordance with project timelines and charterer requirements. • Liaise closely with the client, Vessel Master, Chief Engineer, and onshore operations, R&M, crewing, marketing & accounts teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of project activities. • Coordinate with MWS/Class/Client inspection and ensure timely closure of findings. b) Technical & Operational Oversight • In coordination with the Technical Team, provide technical and operational support to the vessel crew, and repair & maintenance (R&M) with correct records in PMS (Planned Maintenance System) and Inventory Control & Stocktaking. • Review and endorse Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), Toolbox Talks, and operational work procedures prior to execution. • Conduct periodic inspections to ensure vessel machinery, towing gear, lifting appliances, and associated equipment are in satisfactory working condition. • Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and Technical Team on planned maintenance (PMS) and prioritization of rectification works. c) HSSE Compliance • Ensure full adherence to company HSSE policies, client safety requirements, and applicable maritime regulations (SOLAS / ISM / Flag State). • Monitor worksite safety performance and intervene where necessary to prevent unsafe acts or conditions. • Ensure timely reporting of incidents and near misses, and participate in preliminary investigations where applicable. • Plan and conduct scheduled and unscheduled Superintendent inspections of assigned vessels to ensure compliance with Class, Flag, client, and Company requirements, and ensure timely closure of findings. d) Project Documentation & Reporting • Track and report operational delays, vessel downtime, and contributing factors. • Prepare and submit end-of-project close-out reports, including operational review and lessons learing.
