• Spearheading product management for central warehouse processes, driving the seamless integration and optimization of stock management systems to enhance operational efficiency. • Partnering with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative stock management solutions, ensuring alignment with Getir's strategic objectives and delivering stakeholder value. • Leading the definition and implementation of merchant experience and integration processes for Getir Locals, ensuring smooth execution and a high-quality customer experience. • Serving as a business analyst, scrum master, and product owner across multiple scrum teams, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous improvement. • Documenting comprehensive project analysis, prioritizing customer needs, leading software development teams, and crafting user guides to enhance user experience across diverse projects. • Coordinating the merchant experience and integration process for Getir Locals, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members. • Designing efficient workflows and alert systems within Slack, optimizing team communication and operational effectiveness. • Liaising with external vendors, contractors, and third-party providers to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of projects. • Conducting thorough post-project evaluations to assess success, identify key lessons, and recommend improvements for future initiatives. • Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management to continuously enhance project outcomes. • Facilitating clear and effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and executives, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
