A young and self motivated individual with ‘yes, I can’ attitude, hard working and determined chef with only one goal in mind to achieve the highest and to get the best out of myself to obtain a successful career within the catering industry. And to contribute and grow with an outstanding organization which would sharpen my young and dynamic skills and perform entitled job with dedication and also develop the working organization with my knowledge.
This was my first step into the more management side of the kitchen, I was in charge of making orders and making sure all stocks were kept inline with the weekly budget. I was able to adapt the menu to each day with the local produce we was getting on a daily basis which allowed me to express my way of cooking.
I was in charge of overseeing junior staff in working in a productive and clean way which was keeping up with company standards. I ran my own section and worked my way around the kitchen which helped me grow and become more independent in my role.
