Under Dr Li Ning: • Involved in synthesis of novel antifungal compounds • Testing of antifungals against different strains of fungi, like Candida auris • Preparing media and culturing fungi to be used in experiments • Planning out experiments and coordinating schedules with other lab staff • Basic data processing and analysis • Day-to-day laboratory upkeep
• Packing and dispensing of drugs for inpatient pharmacy • Stock-taking and replenishment of drug supplies
