Leading performance management efforts at one of DC's largest charter school providers. Work includes strategic planning and leading data-driven performance conversations throughout the organization. Achievements include launching a PowerBI dashboard, contributing to the development of sector and statewide accountability systems, and leading performance conversations with the executive team to proactively expand effective programs and address areas of weakness.
