• Manage a $7 million dollar territory through direct selling and partnering with distribution • Responsible for growing the business within existing accounts and developing new accounts while focusing on high profile organizations • Train and motivate distribution partners on the Brady products, and how to prospect for future opportunities • Perform customer site walkthroughs while acting as safety and industrial product expert
•Inside /Outside Sales Council team captain • Engage in consultative selling in order to place appropriate products and services at end user facilities • Assist field sales representatives in growth of pipeline by scheduling site visits with end users • Leverage Brady ID sales enablement tools to support quotas and orders • Work with existing customers to determine appropriate hardware update options for obsolete printers • Provide virtual demonstrations of Brady products
• Working with an existing customer base by taking inbound calls, emails, and monitoring JD Edwards • Assist customers by providing knowledge in the paper industry to include crossing grades, providing pricing, and being a single point of contact • Assist in immediate need of customers, but follow up on future projects and areas of growth
• Visiting sites in the Greater Milwaukee market to verify and ensure the health and performance of ecoATM kiosks, while keeping daily records of visits made, issues found, and issues resolved and providing regular reporting to management • Member of the Demo Day team to create a flawless workflow for initial store contact, setup, and execution of events • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with site management and associates to provide training, support problem resolution, and ensure site compliance for ecoATM kiosks
