With more than 10 years of professional experience, I have a demonstrated history of success working in the construction industry. Leading with safety first, I coordinate and manage project subcontractors from the beginning of the project until contraction completion. Previously an estimator, I performed detailed material and labor takeoffs from RFP documents to determine direct labor manhours, subcontractor needs and project scope. From estimating to planning to seeing a project come to fruition in physical form, I understand the ins and outs of the construction industry and enjoy working and communicating effectively with clients and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes.
