I build Current AI at Walleye Capital, a vertical SaaS product that ensures financial analysts and portfolio managers have world-class information pipelines. As a data scientist at Capsida, I solved difficult scientific and operational problems, I implemented software to automate those solutions, and I integrated those services throughout the organization in a highly collaborative feedback loop. I graduated with a Master of Science degree in Decisions, Operations, and Technology Management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in October 2021, where I conducted research on optimization and machine learning, with a focus on optimization of large-scale logistics problems. In 2016 I began freelancing software projects, teaching myself the zero-to-one developer workflow. Unlike most new freelancers, my work wrapped applications around computational mathematics: supply chain automation, resource-allocation modeling, vehicle routing, and scheduling optimization. While freelancing, I also provided academic support for incarcerated youth. I have more than five years of experience teaching mathematics, computer science, and statistics, and I am passionate about education and community outreach.
