Deployment/Management/Training/Support of Genband SBC Series,Odine,Gigamon,NetApp,MetaSwitch,Sonus,Dialogic,VmWare,OpenStack,Microsoft Lync products/components,Fortinet firewall to various countries located at Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, US (SFO Silicon Valley,NY,BSTN) - Worldwide VoIP (MSC, SBC, Media Gateway, Class 5 Switch / BBTel, Callback, Calling Card, Wholesale Traffic) Network, (Components)HL and LL and Virtual design, integration/deployment to co-locations - Flagging the critical network problems immediately on the system. - Provide remote & on-site support - Provide technical support to troubleshoot and solve highly complex issues involving multi-protocol call flows and inter-operability within VoIP and Data Networks. - Manage critical customer issues and facilitate communication between customers, escalation, and Vendor. - 24x7 On Call availability when assigned and handle support calls with minimal delay. - If required, prepare acceptance tests; upgrade plans and agreement demands regarding the product features. - Performing new release upgrades and installations, applying patches - Reproducing field issues in carrier simulated lab environments and escalating bugs to vendor. - Create network Architecture diagrams Customer Acceptance test plans and execute them independently and/or with customers/partners for trials and certifications - Design, Implementation and Administration of Customer Network - Demos, trainings are given at onsite or remotely - Interconnections with International ITSPs - Properly understand the fault, configuration and performance for multiple vendors’ solutions and to solve/escalate to the vendor engineering. - Provide architecture design, implementation and maintenance support for telecommunications projects throughout the region as necessary, including travel to those locations to conduct site surveys - Responsible for continuity of the service and optimization
