Role: Leading the construction and commercialization of next-generation AI Agent digital operating systems. • End-to-End Architectural Leadership: Orchestrate the development of AI Agent ecosystems for both ToC and ToB sectors, leveraging cutting-edge architectures to empower core business units in Finance, Web3, and international markets. • Commercial Breakthrough (Key Project: Financial Deep Research): Designed and delivered a multi-agent collaborative Deep Research solution for top-tier banking clients, enabling the autonomous decomposition and execution of complex investment research tasks. • Market Leadership & Revenue Growth: Secured the top ranking in competitive bidding against industry leaders, directly driving high-value contract renewals and establishing a benchmark for AI-driven revenue generation in traditional finance.
From October 2022 to April 2025, I served as an AI Integrated Hardware and Software Product Manager at Megvii, where I spearheaded the end-to-end integration of algorithms, hardware, and physical scenarios. I acted as the lead for a landmark AIoT project, successfully deploying lightweight large models on edge devices and achieving the mass production of 100,000 smart home units. To address complex physical environments, I designed a multi-agent coordination system that combined large and small models to automate site workflows and significantly reduce operational costs. Additionally, I managed the productization of AI infrastructure, building a standardized commercial computing unit from scratch and delivering a repository of over 15 core algorithms to business units. Throughout these initiatives, I optimized the synergy between cloud and edge computing while implementing robust commercial strategies for AI servers to minimize deployment costs for enterprise clients.
