I have been working in the world of operation for the past 8+ years, developing my expertise, people skills, and ownership skills along the way. Mentoring and supporting the partners and employees in every aspect regardless of which position they belong to and which problem they have. Encouraging interactions, being passionate, giving feedback and listening to others, being generous, confidently interacting with the environment, and generally being careful about my work all characterize me.
