As a Scientific Program Coordinator for Medical and Clinical Scientist programs, I support researchers and work closely with the program committee. My tasks include developing curricula, organizing annual events, and planning both small and large events from start to finish. What I love about my job is its variety—every day is different, and I get to find creative solutions for new challenges. My strengths are creativity, strong people skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for both science and the people behind it. These help me create engaging events and build good working relationships with researchers and colleagues.
