With a background in health psychology and a Master’s degree in sport psychology from the German Sport University Cologne, I combine scientific insight with hands-on experience in elite sports. I currently pursue my passion for sportpsychology working together with the U15 team of 1.FC Köln. Starting with education about sportpsychology, workshops in group-settings and supporting individual athletes in 1:1 coachings regarding e.g. mental performance training, mindset, and (dual-)career development. In parallel, I’ve gained substantial experience in HR consulting – especially in recruiting, employee wellbeing and talent development. This unique combination allows me to support people holistically: whether they’re aiming to perform at their best in sports, business, or life in general.

At "wap Waschbär", I honed my marketing skills by guiding the rebranding process and contributing to the development of a new Corporate Identity, including logo design. I played a key role in creating diverse marketing materials for both online and print, helping to strengthen the start-up's brand identity.

While interning in sports psychology at 1.FSV Mainz 05, I mainly supported the U15 and U16 youth teams. In my day to day I was designing and facilitating workshops for athletes, coaches and parents. My focus was on enhancing team dynamics, fostering effective communication, and promoting mental health within a high-performance sports environment.
