As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and member of the Management Board at HUGO BOSS, I oversee key functions that drive and enable our organization’s financial success and operational excellence. I bring with me profound leadership and over 30 years of professional experience. In 1999, I joined Tchibo GmbH as Head of Finance and Accounting, subsequently adding the role of Head of IT in 2003, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Since 2017, I have been responsible for HUGO BOSS’s finances, driving financial excellence together with the team. As of 2022, I am also in charge of the group’s operations to ensure we have the right product with the right quality, at the right place. I aim to identify growth opportunities and implement financial strategies that drive sustainable and profitable growth. With our CLAIM 5 strategy, we have laid a robust foundation for the future success of our organization. Building on this, we are now further strengthening our operational backbone with our strategy update CLAIM 5 TOUCHDOWN. This means that we will increase sourcing efficiency and accelerate digitalization and AI to optimize our planning capabilities for flexibility, efficiency, and scalability.
