Entire satisfaction of the customer on the first prototype, bring up the contract for the complete fleet of bi-level, for a value over $40M.
Managed of a team of ten engineers and designers. Insured that all designs and products comply with regulations: AAR, APTA, Transport Canada, FRA. Arcelor Mittal – Passenger car Responsible for all aspects of electrical design, supplying parts and labour to execute all electrical tasks to for implementation of 3 passenger cars and one genset car. Respect of schedule and budgets. AMTRAK – Inspection car: Lead the inspection car project for Amtrak. Insure time line and budgets are respected. Work included cutting the A- end of a sleeper car and replacing it by a large window. Design a kitchen, video and audio system using hi-speed wireless connection, hi-resolution for LCD screens. Project Leader – Electrical – Luxury Tourist Train Responsible for all aspects of electrical design, including the installation of a state-of-the-art entertainment system, on a luxury train (Train Touristique de Charlevois). Project leader – Electrical – Locomotive Procedures Wrote maintenance procedures for AMT (Agence Metropolitian de Transport) F50, F40 and GP40 locomotives, and HEP vehicles. Expanded over 60 other procedures for maintenance of locomotives and cars.
Managing a team consisting of four engineers and contractors in new product development: Development of hybrid vehicles with a generator 480VAC/25KVA and a shore power plug to supply DC loads and to run an A/C compressor therefore increasing reliability of the HVAC system and fuel economy of the vehicle EMI/EMC tests. Technical Advisor Managed of a team of five engineers and five designers in product development. Insured regulatory compliance for all designs and products: SAE, FMVSS and American White Book.

Managed the relationship between tradesmen and customers, chiefly with the Urban Transport Associations of Quebec and the City of Chicago.
