o Management of the company's operations: EHS regulatory consultants teams, the company global services portfolio and of the quality team - strong focus on people development and motivation, problem solving.- Direct report to Company's CEO. o Establishment and implementation of strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, optimization of resource use with the aim of creating maximum value for the company. o Management of the company’s catalogue of EHS Regulatory services, to optimize costs and work planning of EHS regulatory consultants as well as to ensure the highest quality. o Monitoring of existing processes for the production of the company’s regulatory EHS services and analysis of their effectiveness o Presentation of reports on the efficiency, cost effectiveness of processes and quality of services to the other members of the senior management board o Management of quality assurance programs o Supervising hiring and training of EHS regulatory experts in cooperation with regional team leads o Management of quality and timely deliveries of EHS regulatory services provided by the team
o Supervising hiring and training of EHS regulatory experts covering West and South Europe o Management of quality and timely deliveries of EHS regulatory services provided by the team o Ensuring smooth and cost efficient performance of the team
○ Providing of regulatory advice to improve the compliance of the company’s storage and construction sites with the French national and local environmental requirements. ○ Monitoring and analysis of the environmental regulations impacting the company's activities. ○ Identification of the environmental regulatory requirements of interest to the company, both at national and local levels.
