- Manage Labor Relations in France, Romania, Spain & Morocco - Negotiated the split of the French Company into 2 New Co : POAIF (Operations) & POAIS (R&D Center) - Negotiated numerous labor agreements following the split (Employee Saving plans, Wages, 35h…) - Restructured & negotiated successfully a social plan in order to close a French plant
- Created the position in Asia in order to sustain the growth as business partner for the 7 Asian business units including 2 JVs – Built and supervised a strong Asian HR network – Managed 25 expats - Lead recruitment, induction and training plans to launch 6 new plants (2 in India, 4 in China) and a new R&D Center in Wuhan, China - Supervised labor relationships then CBA negotiations with Thai & Korean Union
- As HR business partner, actively supported the Asia Region - Lead WW Avian Flu pandemic preparedness project & settled necessary plans for continuing activity - Prepared for a new Headquarter location, designed a new layout and organized the move within Paris - Lead change team during SAP implementation project in Europe. - Organized team building seminars for the entire SAP team in Spain, Slovakia, Germany then France - Organized at Company level, Employee Satisfaction surveys & follow-up action plans
- Managed restructuring & closing of Oppama plant then transferred all production activities to Kitakyushu - Recruited a new Japanese HR Manager, then stabilized the R&D Japanese Center turnover by recruiting numerous new Japanese Engineers - Supported the Asian HR network.
