Yves Bonte is chairman of the board of directors and CEO of DOMO Chemicals, an engineering materials company and highly integrated solution provider committed to the sustainable future of polyamides. Over the past decade, DOMO’s innovations in light-weighting plastics and recycling, along with its growing technology-driven portfolio, have helped establish the company as a leader in the shift towards circular economy. Under his leadership, Yves is committed to advancing innovations in these areas and increasing consumer awareness on the need for long-term sustainable solutions across all sectors of the industry. Prior to DOMO, Yves held various business leadership, commercial and operational roles in leading companies including Yara International, Lyondellbasel and Exxon Chemical, where his passion and commitment to sustainability helped address some of today’s global challenges up and down the value chain. Working as an executive out of Norway, Hong Kong, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy and Belgium gave him an appreciation of different cultures, values and business approaches. Yves believes in leading with respect, curiosity, care and accountability.
