As Chief Architect at Claroty, I lead the company’s architectural vision and strategy across its technology portfolio. I manage a team of software architects responsible for defining and implementing a unified architecture that harmonizes Claroty’s diverse products and platforms into a scalable, secure, and efficient ecosystem. Key responsibilities and achievements: Architectural Leadership: Drive the evolution of Claroty’s technology landscape, ensuring architectural coherence, architectural success criteria, and innovation across all product lines. AI and Research Enablement: Lead the design and implementation of AI frameworks and infrastructure that empower Claroty’s Research and R&D organizations — including agentic systems, generative AI, and machine learning / deep learning frameworks. Focus on leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and innovation throughout the organization. Application Security Architecture: Direct Claroty’s application security architecture, embedding secure-by-design principles across all development lifecycles and guiding teams toward robust, compliant, and resilient software design. FinOps Leadership: Oversee and optimize FinOps strategies to ensure cost-effective cloud operations, aligning performance, scalability, and financial efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, R&D, and Operations to translate strategic goals into executable technical architectures that accelerate delivery and maintain quality. • Blink is one of Cognyte’s growth engines, it de-anonymizes crypto activities in the blockchain in order to reveal illegal activities • Managing 3 development teams that build an innovative SAAS product for security agencies. Technologies include Blockchain, Cloud deployment over GCP, Node.js, and service-based architectures.
• Managing 40 software engineers including PRO/Architects working toward a common goal of transforming Cognyte's products to adopt cloud-native practices. • The group develops infrastructure tools to run and manage development components' overall development lifecycle, beginning with CI\CD, E2E automated system tests, deployment and installation automation, and continuous monitoring. • Lead a fascinating prototype development of machine & deep learning models for our network intelligence product to predict criminal suspects. The development utilizes different models of NLP, Geo-Location, and deep learning to define the electronic signaling behavior of suspects in order to predict similar behavior over large data sets. The development includes full implementation of MLOps lifecycle deployment using mlflow infrastructure. The Infra group implements all the above capabilities over large deployments of projects on local labs and remote production sites.
• Managed the CTC (Common Technology Center) architecture group consisting of 17 professional architects with different expertise of real-time network interception, big-data technologies (Kafka, Spark streaming and batch processing, HDFS), Java, DB, and Client GUI technologies. • Lead the technology strategy and architecture solution of the division. • Worked closely with the pre-sales organization and product management to transform customer technical requirements to purchased super large projects (hundreds of millions of dollars in sales) and defined the architecture solution and R&D estimation costs of such projects. • Build state of the art, unique and innovative network intelligence solutions together with research and data engineering teams.
•Managed a team of 4 architects and 2 system engineers •Lead the architecture solution of Verint’s NDC (National Defence Center) - a product that protects nations against advanced cyber threats by extracting Actionable Intelligence directly from national backbone traffic. NDC is a very large unique and ground-breaking nation grade system that collects, analyses and provides tools for cyber investigations. • Lead the project Architecture from PO phase to successful implementation on customer site. • Conducted Critical Design Reviews and scoping meetings with the customers at customer site. • Designed end to end architecture for this large-scale cyber project that included different domains, multiple subsystems and components. • Researched for new cyber technologies and best practices to be implemented in such project.
