I'm a Medicine (MB BChir) and Neuroscience/Psychology (BA Hons) graduate from the University of Cambridge, with interests in neurology, systems neuroscience, and healthtech.
◦ Researching network dynamics in 2D in-vitro neuronal cultures and 3D brain organoids using computational tools for multi-electrode array recordings at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School under supervision of Dr Mierau.
◦ Plan and deliver small-group teaching for first- and second-year undergraduates as part of the pre-clinical medicine curriculum at the University of Cambridge.
◦ Investigated the importance of motor ability as part of an interdisciplinary project on human motor augmentation technology at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, under supervision of Prof Makin.
◦ Investigated genetic determinants and molecular mechanisms of amyloid precursor protein trafficking in Alzheimer’s disease under supervision of Dr Gershlick.
