Primarily responsible for supervising and driving the execution of our new Global ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) business initiative, focusing on developing new business schemes and acquiring new clients. New Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and acquire new clients within the global ODM business sector. Business Scheme Development: Develop new business schemes, strengthening internal collaboration with Sales and Product Development teams, and supervising their practical application. Overseas Market Expansion: Primarily manage and oversee all practical aspects of business transactions with both Japanese clients aiming for overseas expansion and international clients, focusing on the Asian and North American markets. This includes: - Sales negotiation and contract closing. - Product planning and development. - Supervising mass production and export/delivery execution. Team Management: Provide team management and direction for a small team of assigned members. Strategic Implementation: Participate in strategic planning and drive various initiatives to materialize those strategies into tangible results.
