• Review installations of existing fixed and rotating equipment for defects or poor installations including well site equipment. Make recommendations for improvements • Assist in the evaluation of Maintenance PM Practices and procedures to ensure the correct PM frequency and work methods are being utilized. The goal is to improve the reliability of all oil well site/facilities, oil and gas production and operation equipment • Facilitate continuous improvement of site-wide predictive and preventative maintenance programs, including preparation of PM requirements for new equipment • Develop and actively maintain a data driven reliability process for gas plant, well sites which includes the elements of Risk Management, Loss Elimination, and Life Cycle management • Reduce production downtime from 86% to less than 10% from 2017 to 2020, by implementing procedure for improving equipment reliability • Review, validate, audit, verify and control SAP maintenance data and maintenance projects deliverables data of maintenance assets with the original documents, drawings, P&ID, PFD, SAP input • Manage/Supervise operation and maintenance engineers • Partake in management of change procedures(MOC) and change of design (COD) • Supervises, directs, and holds accountable the maintenance work crews to perform planned / emergency maintenance • Participate and lead best maintenance practices. Initiate activities such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Failure Analysis • Responsible for assessing maintenance impact on line performance with respect to improving uptime, through Package Material losses, and product quality. • Provide technical support to engineering & maintenance personnel directed to the solution of plant machinery or equipment problems and recommend corrective actions. This includes on-site training sessions on reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting and PM processes. Make recommendations for off-site vendor training for equipment upgrade. Monitor technician’s skills levels and knowledge to determine deficiencies related to different types of equipment and develop training materials as needed • Work with different project groups as the site subject matter expert (SME) for all new and existing installations • Develop execution plans and schedules for site equipment maintenance procedures and determine maintenance procedures to be developed with input from the equipment maintenance coordinator using SPS process development and LEAN

• Schedule and assign all work integrating both production and maintenance needs. • Facilitate scheduling meetings with Gatekeeper and production representatives to review backlogs • Develop maintenance shutdown schedules and project timeline integrating all activities into one comprehensive plan • Develop and map out business process into SAP, collection and verification of process equipment data, drawings, documents, monitor and control data acquisition and maintenance optimization • Co-ordinate reviews and develops the maintenance strategy for new installed equipment with relevant department/division • Control, Co-ordinate, review and validate the maintenance optimization study results produced for maintenance assets such as: a) Functional Block Diagrams (FBD) b) Functional Critical Analysis (FCA) c) Equipment Critical Analysis (ECA) d) Risk Spares Analysis (RSA) e) Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) • Review project scope of work for inclusion of maintenance data acquisition requirements. • Coordinate the input of technical objects data for maintenance assets (i.e., functional locations, equipment, measurement points, object network, document and hierarchy) • Manage and supervise the master data input of Bill of Materials for maintenance assets (i.e., material master, equipment BOM, assembly BOM, and material BOM) • Execute SAP system master data changes and new data in SAP system for different asset/department including as-built documentation • Generate metrics (e.g., KPI) to demonstrate performance and drive improvement. • Set up project timeline for all equipment outage/shutdown maintenance data scheduling relationships • Lead/ or influence a team (Engineers, Operations, Contractors and Outside Suppliers) in effort to • Participate in all plant safety, health, and environmental program
• Improve equipment availability and minimize expenditures through the effective management of services and repairs by providing effective planning and assembling of resources and materials • Facilitate SAP Optimization, Maintenance PM Optimization and implementation for the entire equipment and plant services • Effective and efficient execution of maintenance work through job planning, estimating, obtaining, and receiving materials to execute maintenance work. • Plan all maintenance work orders in SAP by analyzing basic job steps, determining their relative sequence, and identifying parts, materials, special tools, skills, and personnel requirements for each step. Review engineering drawing and sketches necessary to complete the work order plan • Review the work area for potential safety hazards and make appropriate notes in the job plan. Include any require safety procedures and standards in the work package • Identify needs for support work orders such as sheet metal work, scaffolding. Insulation removal. Heavy equipment and rigging • Maintain sufficient planned maintenance backlog for assigned work crew. Routinely communicate status to appropriate supervision and area specialist/coordinators • Routinely meet with the maintenance coordinator and area operations specialist to ensure work order priorities are established and the appropriate work packages completed and available • Participate in the routine maintenance prioritization, planning, and scheduling meetings. • Maintain accuracy of equipment bill of material database in SAP • Routinely meet with reliability Engineers to analyze work orders for equipment failure trends • Providing support for the maintenance budgeting process
