• Lead a technical sales team to drive growth across key OEMs, system integrators and end users. • Coach the team on key workflows (customer visits, opportunity tracking, proposal templates) and ensure consistent, efficient execution. • Own the full customer lifecycle: discovery, solution design, proposal/quotation, technical alignment and commercial follow-through. • Architect automation solutions using Beckhoff IPC, PLC, HMI, EtherCAT I/O, motion control (servo drives & motors), and machine vision to meet customer needs. • Guide motion & drive selection using TwinCAT Motion Designer and application mechanics (load, motion profiles, inertia, speed/torque, gearbox ratios). • Build and execute account plans for strategic customers; identify expansion opportunities and strengthen long term relationships. • Mentor team members by sharing practical field know-how, effective customer communication and technical/commercial insights gained through experience.
- Key accounts management - Acquiring new customers and building strong relationships - Providing solutions with Beckhoff's PC, PLC, HMI, I/O Terminals, Servo, and Machine Vision products - Coordinating sales and payment processes to maintain customer relationships and financial stability - Conducting regularly customer visits in İstanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, and Tekirdağ - Identifying customer requirements and preparing sales proposals accordingly - Selecting servo motors with TwinCAT Motion Designer based on customers' mechanical data - Establish connections between Beckhoff Türkiye's automation system integrators and end users - Supervising spare part sales - Experienced in glass drilling and grinding, power systems, measurement systems, heating systems, transport and logistics, robotics, defense, medical, packaging, transfer press, CNC machining, metal forming, and plastic industries
