I am an Electrical Engineer at IETT, responsible for the repair, maintenance, and reliability of public transportation vehicles serving millions of passengers across Istanbul under the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. My work focuses on ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of buses and other transport systems, contributing directly to the city’s mobility and passenger satisfaction. Before joining IETT, I gained hands-on experience across industrial automation, electrical design, and renewable energy projects with leading companies such as Arçelik, Teknovak, Zorlu Enerji, Klaus & Miller, Sunsis Enerji, and Gamak. Through these roles, I developed skills in: Electrical & Automation: PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, STEP7), EPLAN, system integration Maintenance: Diagnosis, repair, and reliability improvement of electrical systems Renewable Energy: Solar plant design, feasibility, SCADA integration, performance analysis R&D & Testing: Electrical testing, system optimization, efficiency improvements I hold a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and have Siemens certifications (TIA Portal, STEP7) in automation and control. I am passionate about keeping public transport systems safe, reliable, and sustainable, while applying my background in automation and energy to improve efficiency.
