I am an accomplished Business Operations Manager with extensive experience in Food Manufacturing, Chemicals Manufacturing and ICT industries, managing functions across Manufacturing Operations, Business Development & Sales, Service Management, People Management, ICT Operations Management, Supply Chain and Quality Management. I possess a good combination of strategic and operational skills; extensive experience in Operational Management, Consulting, Project Management, Change Management, intellectual integrity; sound business acumen; leading teams; Issue-based Analysis, Solutions Development and Needs Analysis. I started my early career as a Retail Manager. Then, after studying ICT and obtaining several certifications, I joined Business Connexion very quickly worked through the ranks in supervisory positions to Operations Manager, managing the Service Delivery in a Datacentre to companies in 22 countries and 150 sites worldwide through the Service Management Centre. I then moved to equally rewarding roles as Operations Manager in the Food Manufacturing and Chemicals Manufacturing industries, managing teams of 50 – 80 people and a current role as the National Business Development/Operations Manager at TopItUp, South Africa. During my career I have built a reputation for excelling at Business Operations Management, Quality Management, Business Development and Leadership. I particularly enjoy management positions and see myself as a natural leader with sound business acumen, project management skills and extensive experience in managing, inspiring and leading large teams to success through empowering, mentoring and developing people, delegating efficiently.
