My current role is as Labour Market Advisor at the Ministry of Social Development (Waikato), providing data-driven labour market insights to support better employment outcomes across the region. I work closely with employers, industry stakeholders, and frontline MSD teams to identify workforce needs, highlight emerging opportunities, and align job seekers with sustainable employment pathways. With a strong focus on analysis, relationship management, and strategic advice, I translate complex labour market data into practical actions that inform decision-making and strengthen regional workforce development. Also I have 20 years Contact center Experience in Government and Education Sector - from entry level CSR and them progressing to other roles as Quality Assurance officer , Trainer, 2IC through to current role as Customer Services Manager
