Thirty-six years of overall experience in various industries, the last 24 years in oil & gas production operations, almost 9 years in power generation industry. •Oil & Gas production – experience in oil field operations in five different locations including a complete cycle of a two fields development starting from well drilling and suspended wells take over back to operation, new facility construction, equipment commissioning, takeover and start up simultaneously with early production through achievement of target production rate for the field. Work on Complex Gas Treatment Plant, commissioning and start up participation as well as normal operations organization and attendance. Experience in flowing and artificial oil production from vertical, deviated & horizontal wells, produced water injection and gas re-injection wells. •Power generation industry – experience of work in emergencies, high pressure pipe damages, fuel inflammation on primary equipment, power plant shutdown with complete generation loss and subsequent re-start, Control systems & equipment failure on different reasons (including low temperatures of ambient air). •Working experience with process DCS systems. •Experience of work in remote locations with extreme weather conditions. •Personnel selection, interviewing, assisting with recommendations concerning recruitment issues. Organization of trainings, development of training plans, evaluation and recommendations on further development and promotion of subordinates. •Experience of work in multinational environment including those English speaking. Assessment of Operations & Maintenance staff at the various Kashagan locations in accordance with the competence assurance management requirements, such that the assessments and the associated records meet the standards for internal verification & external accreditation (OPITO). Assistance in the development of Assessor resources to be used by the entire Assessor population e.g. Question banks related to Performance Criteria.
Responsible for production operations on Complex gas treatment plant at Oil-Condensate and Gas field «Chinarevskoe» West Kazakhstan region. Participation in commissioning and start up activities of complex gas treatment plant and associated equipments. Condensate stabilization unit, Fractionation unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit, Associated gas treatment, Natural gas treatment, Sulphur granulation plant, LPG production (fractionation) storage and loading, central plant laboratory, other systems-subsystems and utilities. Fulfillment of O&M contract obligations in regard to production operations.
Overall accountability for production team performance at Tasbolat, Aktas, Turkmenoi fields. Involvement in takeover of a new facility constructed for extension of the existing plant. Production & injection well stock testing and optimization. Incident/accident, equipment damage and failure investigation/reporting, recommendation on route cause elimination and reoccurrence prevention.
Participation in commissioning and start up activities on oil, gas and water treatment unit, gathering system, gas and water injection systems, oil export system and associated equipments. Process and equipment problem identification remedying deficiencies, process optimization Personnel selection, interviewing, allocation, development of Rotation & Shift Schedules both for the field and the terminal personnel. Liaising with Equipment Vendors and Manufacturers throughout takeover, commissioning, start up and normal operation processes. Development of annual personnel training plans and programs including cost estimation. Preparation of annual budget for field production division.
