• Insurance Domain Applications • Member of an Agile development team. • Preparing detailed test cases and execute comprehensive test scenarios. • Creation of test infrastructure (test environment, test data) • Takes part in User Acceptance Tests. • Report issues through bug tracking system and work with the Scrum team to resolve issues/bugs (TFS, JIRA) • Provision of a temporary / permanent solution to resolve the problems experienced in the issues that are responsible for the test by coordinating with other teams • Test automation (Silk Central Tool) • Web service testing (SoapUi, Postman)
• CRM activities through various communication channels (SMS, Email, Call Center, branches…) • Following up and reporting campaign results • Customer data analysis and reports(Qlikview, SQL, SAS) • Preparing of banking analyses and reports
