• To manage, supervise and report the entire operation of the Restaurants under his/her responsibility in accordance with brand standards. • Working with the team to help restaurants achieve sales and profitability targets. •To ensure coordination between the Center and Restaurants. •To ensure that routine regional training is given in practice in the field in order to develop employees and ensure effective communication. •Managing the regional budget within the Ebitta plan. •Taking branch-based actions according to P/L Reports and guiding and developing restaurant managers in line with their budget targets. •Performing regional competitor analysis, stock management and maximizing market share. •To take and report the necessary actions to achieve profitability and efficiency targets by ensuring that the affiliated Restaurants work in line with brand quality standards. •Providing coaching support to Restaurant Managers and the team on operational management and human resources management. •Conducting monthly inspections and controls and auditing the brand standards of the stores. • Conducting S.W.O.T analyzes of new restaurants to be opened and organizing the opening processes, team, equipment and layout plans • To ensure and supervise restaurants' compliance with company culture, procedures and instructions.
• To increase franchise turnover, to monitor and report their profitability, to ensure that action plans are taken over proforma P/L. • Following the periodic campaigns in online sales channels and reporting them to the senior management. • Making and following campaigns on the on-line channel. • Ensuring the follow-up of the operation, handwork and layout of the restaurants in the region according to the procedures. • Organizing regional meetings and activities to strengthen the communication between the regional restaurants. • Supervising and reporting the regional restaurants according to the brand standards with Weekly and Monthly visits. • To follow the budget and income / expense reports of the restaurants in the region, to prepare weekly reports (sales, cost control and loss prevention reports) to the relevant units. • Taking restaurant-based actions according to the monthly Inventory and P/L results, sharing them with the team and ensuring continuity. • To follow the recruitment processes of the teams of the new restaurants to be opened and to provide on-site practical training to the newly recruited team. • Ensuring that the equipment orders are given for the opening orders of the newly opened restaurants. • Checking and ensuring that the working standards of the regional restaurants are fulfilled according to the internal audit rules. • Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of the team; always prioritizing employee happiness and belonging • Coaching and leading the Regional Restaurant management team. • To always keep and develop the restaurant chefs in the region at the best level with "food safety, hygiene, quality, service and speed. • Human resources and operational functioning guidance to store managers and staff
