1. Payroll Management: Prepare and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in attendance and statutory payouts. Oversee the full spectrum of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. 2. HR Documentation: Draft and maintain all HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, resignation acceptance letters, and transfer letters. Ensure proper documentation and filing within personnel records. 3. Administrative Oversight: Handle general administrative tasks and employee welfare initiatives to support organizational efficiency. 4. HR Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests. Maintain and update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 5.
