Hippocampus and Subiculum: Separation of the Dorsal and Ventral Regions Jan 2022 - Mar 2022 Provide definitions for the dorsal and ventral information pertaining to the subregions of the Hippocampus and Subiculum, including CA1, CA3, DG, and Subiculum Develop a Rshiny application that enables any co-worker to analyze genes across annotated clusters Examine the in situ results from the Allen Brain Atlas to classify the clusters. 2. Effect of High-Fat Diet on the Forebrain of 18.5-Day Mouse Embryos June 2022 - August 2022 Identify microglial enrichment genes induced by high-fat mice through differential expression analysis Cluster definition successfully incorporated CNS information, including microglia. Annotates homeostatic and pro-inflammatory genes in microglia and assists clients in selecting suitable genes for in situ studies.
As Vice President of the Taiwanese Culture Association at Green River College, I played a pivotal role in fostering cultural awareness among students.
