Led and managed the consulting and business development division. My responsibilities and roles involve: ◆Formulated strategies for consulting and business development, provide regular progress reports, and participate in executive team meetings alongside the CEO, CFO, and Domestic Business Development Head. ◆Oversew and coached a diverse team members involved in consulting and international development activities. ◆Engaged in sales and proposal generation activities for climate change initiatives, with a primary focus on serving multinational Japanese clients. ◆Took charge of project management and execution, while also maintaining effective communication with clients. ◆Developed nature-based carbon credit projects by negotiating with carbon project developers and collaborating with local organizations such as farmers groups, forestry associations, and NPOs.
