In this lab, I focus on the project about miRNA in Taiwanese CRC. Because of owning a huge cohort of patient biopsy samples, we performed the transcriptomic analysis by Next Generation Sequence and identified several potential targets. To study the functions of the miRNA, I did a few cell-based assays and bio-molecular tests to clarify cancer cell phenotype and underlying mechanisms.
