I'm currently studying a Business Analytics program at Melbourne Business School. Before attending MBS, I took double degree in Economics and Information Technology in Monash University. I am equipped with knowledge in ICT aspects for business analysis. My experience has been in the Internet industry with a focus on talent management and organization strategy analysis, also data analytics work with overseas large companies. I'm further developing my skills around data analysis and machine learning related areas. I'm looking to step into any possible roles related to consulting, data analytics to help businesses make smart data driven decisions.
Responsible for consolidating and analysing sales data from five online channels and two flagship stores, creating relevant daily/weekly/monthly reports. Utilized SQL to aggregate key metrics for e-commerce channels, conduct user behaviour analysis, and evaluate product performance. Streamlined business processes, implement data tracking for select operations, delve into abnormal data patterns, integrate analysis, and discuss actionable insights, driving optimizations in the business department. Achievements: Generated Daily GMV Report with data insight of all online sales channels, gaining store preformation for optimising business operation. 30 minutes presentation of market insight for Decathlon Kids Sports. Tracked over 100,000 transactions of “11.11” Big Sales for further analysis.
Responsible for analysis of stakeholder objectives and underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and identifies options for consideration. (Including UI/UX prototype) According to the client’s business requirements, over 50+ website research, provided detailed business cases that defines potential benefits and risks, options for achieving project goals. Responsible for integrity testing, acceptance testing and conceptual data modelling. Controlled the project quality and performed case testing before the website goes live. Used SQL to manage the database ensuring the ER model fits client’s expectation. Used PowerBI to extract, quantify and analyse the results from questionnaires and interviews of over 80 responses. Built user journey mapping, designed user story, and developed user persona based on research through interviews and questionnaires. Organized weekly stand-up meeting to ensure the progress of the project and provide reasonable solution if problems occurred. All projects are runs in Agile Approach with 2- 3 iterations. All done in time in budget. A project under the unit Usability. Build a prototype of a mobile application that allows users to manage and track users’ mental health status.
Established UI design visual style and related design documents and specifications, controlled the corresponding product design implementation effect, promoted the final implementation of interface design. Used Figma to perform the final UI design, create interaction flow through all interfaces to ensure the smoothness of user experience.
Assisted replacement of new JMP systems, optimized and re-engineered related personnel processes, optimized database and related interfaces, provided guidance on corresponding operating manuals. Conducted JMP recruitment, including sourcing. Developed online interview SOP and materials. Design event activities and arrange event processes, including activity process design and supplier selection. Organized talent data and monitored progress of transfer contract process, visualized existing data using office software, such as Excel and presented monthly personnel data analysis reports via PowerBI. Managed JMP’s quarterly accounts receivable registration and statistics, timely follow-up on implementation of funds recovery in individual departments. Achievements: Recruited 32 positions during period of employment, doubled previous year’s number. Conducted 8 online interviews during quarantine, involving 8x numbers of participants, saving resources and time, reducing transportation costs. Processed over 50 department transfers including overseas rotation within program optimising deployment of talent within business. Organized a professional development event for over 60 people increasing staff engagement and optimising, coordinating stakeholders and supervising logistics. Maintained a 100% recovery rate for every JMP’s quarterly accounts receivable. Created a handbook for newly introduce Junior Managers Program (JMP) system providing employee with a clear vision of the system. As a result of good performance, got a return offer from company.
Oversaw development and management of the 2nd generation HR digital assessment tool for start-up teams, ensuring timeliness, meeting product requirements, and overseeing development completeness. Authored functional requirements for the project website's second phase, coordinating with front-end and back-end engineers to facilitate iterative development in resulting successfully meet the stakeholder’s expectation.
