Co-led system integration project for enterprise clients, building and testing custom workflows, presenting progress to stakeholders, and refining solutions based on direct feedback, while reviewing and analyzing the integration workflows the clients built to deliver improvement recommendations.
• Implemented Workato for prospects and new customers through seminars, product training, and tailored demonstrations, driving adoption and onboarding. • Supported existing customers by resolving their technical issues and expanding their use cases, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing product value.
• Invitation-only program for deeper exposure to the firm's key business lines and their platform (Aladdin), understanding how investment strategies, client solutions, and market insights shape global capital flows.
• Project managed the Innovation hub at SAS Innovate Tokyo, collaborating with global teams and leading a 30-member project group to deliver hands-on engagement for nearly 500 attendees. Managed all phases of the project, including team coordination, task assignment and progress tracking, schedule and logistics management, and the design of attendee engagement strategies. • Led a seminar project for the new product targeting life science sector clients—handling planning, content creation, team coordination, and presenting as a speaker. Subsequently presented the product’s value proposition to a pharmaceutical and CRO client during a follow-up meeting.
• Delivered a presentation to 40 attendees at SAS’s premier annual event for external stakeholders, introducing an approach to integrate data on abandoned housing into police investigations, aiming to prevent crimes in vacant properties in advance, to assist law enforcement in building a network of related criminal activity, and to optimize police’s patrol efforts. • Contributed to the launch of a new product by conducting competitor analysis, localizing content from the HQ in the US, producing demo videos, and holding seminars as a speaker for 50 customers and prospects in total. As a result, nominated as the most ’Curious’ team of the year 2024 in SAS Japan.
