I believe that progress does not have to be linear to be meaningful. My academic journey has shaped that belief. From a PSLE score of 180 and an O-Level L1R5 of 21, to graduating from polytechnic with a GPA of 3.71, and eventually graduating from SMU with a GPA above 4.0 out of 4.0 and the IMDA Gold Medal Award for Bachelor of Science (Software Engineering), each stage has taught me the value of learning, adapting, and improving with intention. Along the way, what changed was not just my results, but my mindset. I became more disciplined in execution, more structured in problem-solving, and more curious about how systems work beneath the surface. My interests lie in software engineering, backend systems, microservices, and data-driven applications. I enjoy solving problems that require both technical depth and structured thinking, especially where reliability, performance, and real-world impact matter. I hope to continue growing through meaningful challenges and contribute to teams that value learning, ownership, and thoughtful execution.
