Final Year Project Title: Development of Bispecific Antibody-Drug Conjugate for Dual Targeting of EGFR and HER3
URECA Project Title: Development of New Programmable RNA Editing Tools Supervised by Assoc. Prof Tan Meng How and Mr. Chee Jiunn En, aiming to discover a better version of adenosine deaminase acting on RNA (ADAR) from different animals to enhance the RNA editing capabilities using a variant system of RNA editing for programmable A to I replacement version 2 (REPAIRv2). The editing action on catenin beta 1 (CTNNB1) gene is achieved by targeted deamination of adenosine of mRNA responsible for specific position of amino acids.
Tutored more than 40 juniors from my previous high school in the subjects Biology and Chemistry for Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) before entering university until the end of 2022. Provided key tips for scoring well in exam, emphasizing deep comprehension on critical concepts rather than memorizing.
