About

strongly believe the 2 things which enable an energy company to thrive in energy transition and stay ahead of competition are its strong capability to adapt its business model to be integrated with lower carbon energy solutions, and its speedy adoption of digitalization, data analytics and other technologies to drive more cost-efficient operations and more informed decision making. Careful planning and tactful trade-off is critical in succeeding such transition. I am a strategic transformation leader with 8 years of strong experience across commercial, pricing, digital & data, strategy communication and supply chain, with expertise in Shell Downstream Lubricants and Construction & Road business, and Upstream oilfield product manufacturing prior to Shell. In my role, I strategize and lead digital transformation to improve efficiency for internal sales & marketing and to drive loyalty & engagement with external customers, across 7 markets with different dynamics in a community of 1000+. I always prove large capacity to multitask, proactively go for new exposures and pick up new knowledge rapidly, as evident in succeeding multiple stretch roles and a part-time master on top of my cluster pricing manager role. I grew team leadership from managing a 10-ppl team to deliver quality projects, and leading a team of 7 in Network of Women to drive upskilling and networking programs. Highly ambitious, competitive and result-driven individual and strong team player, 2-time VP Award winner (1st), 2-time VP Award 2nd runner up (3rd), and 2024 APAC Champions League winner (competing with 12 colleagues at higher JG and many more years of experience), all in my current role. Strongly passionate about harvesting the power of data in business transformation, I also won multiple awards in my part-time Master of Business Analytics.
