-Supported and coordinated Campus Program Recruitment, including program marketing, event arrangements, and recruitment processes such as CV screening and interview. -Assisted the process of lateral staff recruitment including preparation of employment contracts and monitoring the pre-employment checks. -Conducted projects to help increase recruitment efficiency, upgrading candidate experience, and improving new-hire satisfaction. -Supported employee learning and development programs by developing training materials, arranging logistics, and marketing training platforms and courses. -Assisted with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Recruitment & Learning and Development team.
